PRIVACY TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VIDEO CALL AND TELEPHONE CONSULTATION

    1.1. By proceeding with a video or telephone consultation through the App, the User (“Patient”) consents to the collection, storage, and use of personal and medical information as outlined in these Privacy Terms.
    1.2. The Patient acknowledges that telemedicine consultations may have limitations compared to in-person visits and agrees to proceed at their own discretion.
  2. DATA COLLECTION AND USAGE
    2.1. The App collects and processes personal data, including name, contact details, medical history, and consultation recordings, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
    2.2. The video and audio communications are encrypted to ensure data security. However, the App does not guarantee absolute protection against data breaches.
    2.3. Consultation details may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes, subject to applicable regulations.
    2.4. Patient data will not be shared with third parties except for authorized healthcare providers, regulatory authorities, or as required by law.
  3. SECURITY MEASURES
    3.1. The App uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect all communications between the Patient and the healthcare provider.
    3.2. Users are responsible for ensuring they use a secure internet connection and private environment during the consultation. The App is not liable for security breaches resulting from the User’s device or network vulnerabilities.
  4. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA RETENTION
    4.1. All healthcare providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and will not disclose patient information without explicit consent, except as required by law.
    4.2. The App retains patient data for the duration required by applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
    4.3. Patients may request access to or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal and regulatory obligations.
  5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
    5.1. The App is not responsible for any miscommunication, misdiagnosis, or technical issues during the video or telephone consultation.
    5.2. Patients acknowledge that technical disruptions, such as poor network connectivity, may impact the quality of the consultation.
    5.3. The App does not assume liability for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to Patient data due to security breaches beyond its control.
  6. MODIFICATIONS TO PRIVACY TERMS
    6.1. The App reserves the right to modify these Privacy Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through email or in-app notifications.
    6.2. Continued use of the video and telephone consultation services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
